Only two (2) Press Passes will be granted to approved Radio, Magazine, News Outlet, Television or Podcast representatives.

Requirements:

Press must be actively employed with a major media company that is recognized as a print publication, radio, television, newscast and/or online magazine. (Any Cosplay related media must submit, in writing, their proposal of coverage of AFO11 since photography of Cosplayers at our event does not require a Press Badge.)

Valid photo ID.
You must present a business card with your company name, individual name, job title and contact information.

All Press Requests must be received before July 30, 2010.

Once you submit your Press Request Form for approval it will be reviewed by AFO11 staff. Press members who are approved will receive a confirmation email from AFO Staff letting them know they have been approved and where/when to pick up their badges. This emailed confirmation will be required to pick up your Press Badges.

Please note: An AFO 11 Press Pass allows you to attend all convention events. The pass does not allow you access to areas reserved for convention guests and/or staff. Admission to some areas of the event requires the permission of the event coordinator, not a staff member.

Emailed confirmation from AFO Staff

All Press at AFO are expected to be respectful and professional in their conduct. Any inappropriate behavior will result in your badges being revoked.
