GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
VERY IMPORTANT: ONLY Membership Badges (heretofore “badges”) purchased online through the Anime Festival Orlando website, or purchased at the On Site Registration Desk during the event are valid. If you did not purchase your Badge(s) through the AFO website, or at the On Site Registration Desk then you have purchased a non-official counterfeit Badge and your Badge maybe confiscated. If confiscated you will need to RE-PURCHASE A VALID badge to return to the convention. If you are caught producing or selling counterfeit Badges you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
- Both 3-Day Badges and single day wristbands may be purchased at the door. CASH ONLY! The hotel does have two ATMs on property; one in the main lobby, and one in the convention area.
- Single Day Wristbands may be purchased (CASH ONLY) at the On Site Registration Desk on the day of entry only. There is no advanced sales of Single Day Wristbands.
- Badges and wristbands are not transferable!
- Please note that there are NO REFUNDS for lost, stolen, incinerated, flushed or otherwise destroyed or mutilated Badges or wristbands. A badge can be replaced for $10.00 if you have your proof of purchase. (Online confirmation, Email confirmation or Registration Desk Receipt.)
- Under no circumstance will a wristband be replaced!
- Pre-Registered Attendees checking into the Wyndham Orlando Resort on THURSDAY August 2nd, 2012 or earlier, will receive a “Passport to Orlandia“ badge providing exclusive access to Special Events on Thursday night when presented with your AFO13 – 3-Day Badge. (Events will include a Karaoke Party, a Cash Prize Video Game Tournament, a Meet and Greet Reception with VIP Guests and other events. Details will appear as they become available. Note: Early Bird pick-up for Pre-Registered Badges will be on Thursday, August 2nd from 7:00-9:00 PM.
The following types of Membership Registration Badges and wristbands will be available at the door for purchase during Registration Hours.
ADULT:
3 Day Adult Badge will be valid from 12:00PM Friday – 5:30PM Sunday
- $50 at the door
Friday ONLY (Wristband) Valid between 1:00PM Friday – 2:00 AM Saturday morning
- $30 at the door
Saturday ONLY (Wristband) Valid between 9:00AM Saturday – 2:00AM Sunday morning
- $35 at the door
Sunday ONLY (Wristband) Valid between 9:00AM Sunday – 6:00PM Sunday evening
- $30 at the door
CHILD (5-8 years old) Must be accompanied by an paid Adult at all times:
3 Day Badge will be valid from 12:00PM Friday – 5:30PM Sunday
- $40 at the door
Friday ONLY (Wristband) Valid between 1:00PM Friday – 2:00 AM Saturday morning
- $20 at the door
Saturday ONLY (Wristband) Valid between 9:00AM Saturday – 2:00AM Sunday morning
- $25 at the door
Sunday ONLY (Wristband) Valid between 9:00AM Sunday – 6:00PM Sunday evening
- $20 at the door
Up to two (2) children under 5 years old are FREE with one (1) Paid Adult
Children 8 years old and up are FULL PRICE
AFO does not offer a babysitting or Day Care service.
All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an Adult.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Although Anime Festival Orlando is a private event for Members only, there are public areas where people who may not be attending Anime Festival Orlando could be. Please stay alert, avoid walking around by yourself, use common sense, and ask for assistance if someone makes you uncomfortable. However please note that AFO is not responsible for your safety pr the security of your possessions, if you have an emergency please call 911, or contact the hotel security by dialing “O” on any hotel phone and asking for Security.
