GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

VERY IMPORTANT: ONLY Memberships purchased online through the Anime Festival Orlando website, or purchased at the Registration Desk during the event are valid. If you did not purchase your Membership through the AFO website, or at Registration then you have purchased a counterfeit Membership and your badge maybe confiscated. If confiscated you will need to REPURCHASE A VALID membership to return to the convention. If you are caught producing or selling counterfeit Memberships you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

  • Online Registration is now closed. 3-day and single day registration may be purchased at the door. CASH ONLY! The hotel does has two ATMs on property; one in the main lobby, and one in the convention area.
  • Single Day Registration may be purchased (CASH ONLY) at the door on the day of entry only. There is no advanced sales of Single Day Registrations
  • Registrations are not transferable!
  • Please note that there are NO REFUNDS for lost, stolen, incinerated, flushed or otherwise destroyed Membership Badges. A Membership Badge can however be replaced for $10.00 if you have your proof of purchase. (Online confirmation, Email confirmation or Registration Desk Receipt.)
  • Under no circumstance will a wristband be replaced!
  • Pre-Registered Attendees checking into the Wyndham Orlando Resort on THURSDAY August 5th, 2010 or earlier, will receive a “Passport to Orlandia“ badge providing exclusive access to Special Events on Thursday night. (Events will include a Karaoke Party, Smash for Cash Prize Video Game Tournament, a Meet and Greet Reception with VIP Guests and other events.  Details will appear on the Events Page as they become available.)

3 Day Child (5-8 years/ 4 and under free of charge)

  • $40 (no early registration discount applies)

ON SITE MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

If you chose to purchase you Membership at the event please know we can only take CASH payments.  There is an ATM in the Main Lobby of the Wyndham Orlando Resort and one next to their Business Center as well.

Each type of Membership will be available at the door for purchase during Registration Hours.

ADULT Membership Pricing

3 Day Adult Membership (Badge) — Valid from 1:00PM Friday – 6:00PM Sunday during scheduled convention hours.

  • $50 at the door

Friday ONLY (Wristband)—Valid between 1:00PM Friday – 2:00 AM Saturday morning

  • $30 at the door

Saturday ONLY (Wristband) Valid between 9:00AM Saturday – 2:00AM Sunday morning

  • $35 at the door

Sunday ONLY (Wristband) —Valid between 9:00AM Sunday – 6:00PM Sunday evening

  • $30 at the door

CHILD* Membership Pricing

(5-8 years old) Must be accompanied by a PAID Adult at all times:

3 Day Child Membership (Badge)

  • $40 at the door

Friday ONLY Child (Wristband) Valid between 1:00PM Friday – 2:00 AM Saturday morning

  • $20 at the door

Saturday ONLY Child (Wristband) Valid between 9:00AM Saturday – 2:00AM Sunday morning

  • $25 at the door

Sunday ONLY Child (Wristband) Valid between 9:00AM Sunday – 6:00PM Sunday evening

Children under 5 years old are FREE with one Paid Adult

Children 8 years old and up are FULL PRICE

AFO does not offer a babysitting or Day Care service please plan accordingly.  If your child is being disruptive in panels, screenings or hallways you may be asked to step out until you can calm your child.

All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an Adult.

Single Day Memberships (Wristband) and 3-Day Memberships (Badges) will be available at the door during registration hours ONLY.  On-site Registration can only accept CASH payments.

Note:  Early Bird pick-up for Pre-Reg will be on Thursday, August 5th from 7:00-9:00 PM.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Although Anime Festival Orlando is a private event for Members only, there are public areas where people who may not be attending Anime Festival Orlando could be. Please stay alert, avoid walking around by yourself, use common sense, and ask for assistance if someone makes you uncomfortable. However please note that AFO is not responsible for your safety, if you have an emergency please call 911, or contact the hotel security by dialing “O” on any hotel phone and asking for Security.
