Video on projectors will be HDMI input with HDMI cables. If you need VGA, RCA, other ports, or adapters you can either consult/ask ahead of time, or provide the cable yourself.

Please acknowledge that the convention (AFO) will not be providing wifi or an Internet connection. The convention does not guarantee either decent or sufficient cellular signals within the convention space. Do not plan on using YouTube, Crunchyroll, a cloud-based storage server, or an online streaming service. *

Breaks between panels exist to unhook and pack up panelists' equipment and to allow the next panelist to set up and get ready for their panel. Breaks do not exist for the panelists to run overtime on their panels. AFO staff reserve the right to shut down a panel for content or for running overtime. Serial abuse will be reported to the convention chairs and can lead to loss of panelist badge and/or possible expulsion from the convention.

AFO staff reserve the right to remove any unapproved, disruptive, or dangerous equipment. Digital audio recorders and interfaces require prior consultation and approval to be hooked into convention provided systems.

I understand that I and a single co-host will receive a 1-day pass on the day of the panel. A weekend badge is provided by 1) Being approved for another panel 2) Volunteering for three shifts over the weekend 3) Buying a specially priced weekend pass for approved panelists.
