AFO 2025 Panel Application
Thank you for your interest in running a panel at AFO. Anime Festival Orlando 2025 takes place between June 20th through the 22nd, 2025 at the Rosen Plaza located on 9700 International Dr. Orlando, FL 32819.
Please note the following before applying:
- If your panel is approved, you and up to one co-panelist will receive a complimentary one day pass to AFO 2025 for the day of your panel.
- To receive a weekend pass, you need to be approved for two or more panels over course of the weekend.
- Please note at least you or your co-panelist must be 18 years old or older at the time of the event to host a panel.
- Panels that are 18+ are limited in scheduling (9pm – 2am) and will require ID checks. All panelists running 18+ panels must be 18+ and provide government issued ID.
- All other panels are expected to be family-friendly in both content and language unless specified as 18+.
- As an AFO 2025 panelist, you will be representing Anime Festival Orlando and will be expected to conduct yourself in an appropriately for a family friendly environment.
- Anime Festival Orlando reserves the right to approve, deny, or cancel any panels submitted.
