AFO 2024 Panel Application

Thank you for your interest in running a panel at AFO. Anime Festival Orlando 2024 takes place between June 28th through the 30th 2024 at the Rosen Plaza located on 9700 International Dr. Orlando, FL 32819

Please note the following before applying:

• If your panel is approved, you and up to one co-panelist will receive a complimentary one day pass to AFO 2024 for the day of your panel.
• To receive a weekend pass you need to be approved for two or more panels over course of the weekend.
• At least you or your co-panelist must be 18 years old or older at the time of the event to host a panel.
• Panels that are 18+ are limited in scheduling (9pm – 2am) and will require ID checks. All panelists running 18+ panels must be 18+ and provide government issued ID.
• All other panels are expected to be family-friendly in both content and language unless specified as 18+.
• As an AFO 2024 panelist, you will be representing Anime Festival Orlando and will be expected to conduct yourself in an appropriately for a family friendly environment.
• Anime Festival Orlando reserves the right to approve, deny, or cancel any panels submitted.
• The deadline is April 29, 2024. Panels submitted after that date will not be considered.
