We offer the following badge options:
- Day Passes: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
- 3-Day Pass: Includes Thursday Preview
- $80 (before June 9)

What does the Gold Pass include?
The Gold Pass includes:
- 3-Day AFO badge with exclusive Gold Pass badge
- Merch package with exclusive shirt variant and Gold Cherry Pin
- VIP seating at select panels
- Premium seating at ticketed events
- Fast lane access for guest signings
- Exclusive early shopping hours
Are there Early Bird discounts?
Yes!
- Super Early Bird Weekend Pass: available before December
- Early Bird Weekend Pass: available before March

Can I pick up my badge early?
Yes. Gold and 3-Day Pass holders may pick up their badges on Thursday evening and attend Thursday Night Preview events.
What happens if I lose my badge?
Lost badges cannot be replaced. Please ensure you have a valid ID that matches the name on your registration.
Are badges refundable?
No. All badges are non-refundable.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency.
Do children need badges?
- Children under 5 attend free
- Children ages 5–11 are eligible for a discounted 3-Day Pass or Day Pass
- Attendees 12 and older must purchase a standard pass
Are there ticketed events?
Yes. Some special events require separate ticketing and are limited to specific performances.
Are group discounts available?
No. At this time, Anime Festival Orlando does not offer group discounts.
Where do I pick up my badge or Day Pass?
All badges and passes are picked up at the Registration Desk.
When can I pick up my badge?
- 3-Day & Gold Pass holders:
- Thursday: 4 PM–9 PM
- During registration hours the rest of the weekend
- Day Pass holders:
- Pick up on the specific day purchased
What are the registration hours?

- Friday: 10 AM – 10 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM – 9 PM
- Sunday: 9 AM – 5 PM
What do I need to pick up my badge?

What programming does Anime Festival Orlando offer?
Programming includes:

When is the schedule released?
The full schedule is typically released closer to the convention date.
What do I need to attend 18+ events?
You must have:
- A valid photo ID
- An 18+ wristband (available at Registration or Info Desk)
Can I take photos at 18+ events?
18+ events have a strict No Photography policy.
Unless consent is given before the event by all people hosting and performing in the event, there are to be no cell phones out during 18+ events. This means they have to stay in a pocket, bag or other location that is not accessible by the owner.
- If a person is found to have a cellphone out for any reason during the event, they will be removed from the panel and/or further actions may be taken. Any form of headgear, such as the Rayban Meta recording glasses, would be included in this policy.
- Upon repeat offense, attendee may be required to leave the event or panel or forfeit their paid form of admission and asked to leave the premises as a consequence.

Vendors, Artists & Marketplace
When is the Vendor Room open?
- Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM (9 AM for Gold Pass)
- Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM (9 AM for Gold Pass)
- Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM
How do I apply as a vendor or artist?
- Applications open: December
- Applications close: Early February
- Decisions announced: March 15
What items are prohibited from sale?
Prohibited items include:
- Counterfeit or bootleg merchandise
- Unauthorized copyrighted material
- Weapons (unless pre‑approved)
- Adult‑only materials outside 18+ areas
- Unapproved food or beverages
- Drug paraphernalia
- AI‑generated art
